Services can happen in a variety of ways. In person or telehealth. This decision is based on location, availability, and client preference. With all the strides we’ve made in staying connected virtually, the world of mental health support has broadened.

How does it work?

Youth Individual Sessions

Counseling or therapy with the young person in mind. These 60 minute sessions allow the kid client and counselor to co-create a shared space, safe to explore the ups and downs of the modern childhood. Using talk, art, music, imagery, play, and sensory interventions to connect the client deeply to themselves, process their place in the world around them, and move towards wellness.

Family Sessions

Bring together the important players in your life. Everyone improves communication patterns. Partners begin to identify what is needed in this pairing. Parents learn what it means to be a safe boss. Kids develop confidence in themselves. Everyone moves more towards wellness.

Adult Individual Sessions

Aimed to support the individual’s move towards wellness. Incorporating evidence based strategies to rework old thought patterns, create new core beliefs, develop perspective, and embrace the present moment. Prior experience with improving communication, divorce and uncoupling and ENM/Poly relationships An ally to the Queer community.

Pop-Up Mental Wellness

Mobile mental wellness. Pop-Up! Why wait for an appointment? It’s 6- weeks out anyhow!! Just get it off your chest. SHIFT will be popping up around the local scene this spring. Brew pub, Coffee Shop, Park Parking Lot.
